User Account

Registering an xyz33 account is free and can be completed in under 2 minutes. Click the Register at the top of the page, then fill in basic details such as your username, an active Malaysia phone number, and your preferred password. Once you submit the form, you will receive an OTP code to verify your phone number. Enter the code and your account is instantly ready to use.

No, each individual is only allowed to own one account only. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information violates xyz33's terms of service and may result in all associated accounts being permanently frozen. If you are experiencing issues with an existing account, please contact our support team for assistance.

Log in to your account, then go to the Account Settings and select the change password option. You will need to enter your current password, followed by your new password twice for confirmation. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password on the login page — a verification code will be sent to your registered phone number.

An account may be frozen for reasons such as repeated failed login attempts, suspicious activity, or identity verification requirements. To unfreeze your account, contact the xyz33 support team via Live Chat. You may be asked to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID for security purposes.

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to register and play at xyz33. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. xyz33 enforces a strict responsible gaming policy and does not allow access by minors under any circumstances.
Deposits & Payments

xyz33 accepts a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including:
  • Online Bank Transfer — all major Malaysia banks supported
  • FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — instant verification
  • Digital Wallet — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and more
  • Cash Deposit — via CDM machines at selected branches
All these methods are secure and encrypted to protect your financial information.

The minimum deposit at xyz33 is RM10 only, making it a friendly platform for players of all levels. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method. Bank transfers typically have a higher daily limit than digital wallets. For specific limit details, check the Deposit or contact support.

Deposits via FPX and digital wallets are typically credited instantly or within 5 minutes. Online bank transfers take 5–15 minutes depending on the bank's processing time. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of payment for an immediate review.

xyz33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. You receive the full amount you deposited into your gaming account. However, some banks or digital wallet providers may apply a small fee on their end. Please check with your bank or service provider for more details.
Withdrawal

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal in the menu. Select your withdrawal method (bank transfer or digital wallet), enter the destination account number and the amount you wish to withdraw, then confirm the request. Our team will process your request within 15–30 minutes. You can submit a withdrawal at any time, 24 hours a day.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account level and the method used. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits compared to regular members. Visit the VIP for full details on withdrawal privileges by membership level.

A withdrawal request may be rejected for several reasons:
  • Bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met
  • Bank account details are incomplete or do not match the xyz33 account name
  • Identity verification (KYC) not yet completed
  • Insufficient balance after deducting related charges
Contact our support team to find out the specific reason and the steps needed to resolve the issue.

Withdrawal requests still in pending can be cancelled via the Withdrawal in your account. However, requests that have already begun processing can no longer be cancelled. If you need help cancelling a request, contact our support team immediately before it is approved.
